Precision Bike Fitting and Assembly
Two-hour session with video capture, saddle and reach adjustment, cleat setup and a follow-up check at four weeks. Assembly includes torque checks and a test loop.

Room survey, layout plan, delivery and anchoring of the heavy pieces, plus flooring laid and packaging taken away when we finish.

Finding us
Getting to the Smithfield workshop
We sit on Iluka Street in Smithfield, a few minutes off the Captain Cook Highway and easy to reach from Cairns, the northern beaches or Kuranda. There is parking out front and a roller door around the side for bulky pickups.
If you are bringing a bike in for a fit or a service, come in through the front and we will sort it. For gym equipment pickup, ring ahead so we can have it staged and ready to load.

Answers to the usual questions
A lot of what people ring about is covered here. If yours is not, the phone is on during opening hours.
No, you can walk in any time we are open. Bookings are only needed for a full bike fit or a gym install, because those tie up a person for a couple of hours and we would rather not have you waiting.
Within one business day, and often the same morning. If it is urgent, call rather than email. Messages that come in over the weekend get answered on Monday.
Yes, within the Cairns area for a small fee. Bulky items and full gym pickups get quoted by distance. Tell us the suburb and what it is, and we will give you a number before we head out.
Send a message with a photo and your order details, and we will start the claim. You do not ship anything to another state. The rules are set out on our refund policy page.
Always. We work on whatever you bring in, and the labour prices are the same as on our price page. If a part is hard to source we will tell you up front rather than leave your bike sitting.
