Home Gym Setup and Equipment Installation
Skip the flat-pack headache and the wobbly rack. Our Cairns install team delivers, assembles and anchors your home gym properly, from racks and benches to cable stations, plate trees and cardio gear, so your first session is a safe one.
Built to hold, not just to look right
A rack that is not anchored is a falling weight waiting to happen. We check your floor, choose the correct fasteners and prove the installation before we leave the driveway.
What You Get
From delivery docket to first set
Buying the equipment is the easy part. Turning a garage, spare room or shed into a gym that actually works takes measurements, wall checks and the right fixings for the surface you have. We handle the lot so you never have to guess whether a bolt will pull out of plasterboard at rep fifteen.
Every install ends with a load test and a short walkthrough. You get shown how to adjust the rack, where the safety catches sit and which bolts to re-check after the first month.
Numbers That Matter
Numbers from the install floor
Home gym jobs run by their own rules. Here is what our crews keep seeing out on the road.
Surfaces do not lie
A 1950s Queenslander on stumps and a modern slab build need completely different fixings. We test the substrate first, then pick hardware that will actually hold the load.
Cables run clean
Cable machines and treadmills get set up with proper clearance, level feet and safe routing, so nothing wobbles under a hard effort.
Experience on the Floor
A crew that has swung every wrench
Our installers work on homes, sporting clubs, motel gyms and school weight rooms across the region. The equipment changes, the discipline of doing it properly does not.

Our Process
How we run an install
Six steps that keep the job clean, the fasteners right and your equipment safe from day one.
Move cars out and clear the room before we arrive. It saves time and keeps tools and packaging away from kids and pets.
Phone consult
We confirm the equipment list, floor type and access before quoting, so there are no surprise fees on the day.
Delivery and staging
Boxes get moved to the destination room first, so nothing gets dragged through the house on a trolley.
Assembly
Flat-pack and pre-built gear goes together using the manufacturer sequence and the hardware in the box.
Anchoring and levelling
Anchor points get drilled, packed and torqued, then the frame gets levelled across both axes.
Load test
We hang and swing on the anchor points before you ever load them, and note the result on the job sheet.
Handover walkthrough
You get shown the adjustments, the safety catches and the bolts to check after month one.
