Who these terms apply to
These terms cover every purchase, booking and install arranged with Happy Deals Time Pty Ltd, whether you buy in the Smithfield store, order online or book a workshop service. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not agree with any part, talk to us before you buy.
Orders and pricing
Prices on the website are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. We try to keep them accurate, but stock levels and supplier costs move, so we may correct an obvious pricing error before your order is dispatched.
- An order is only confirmed once we send you a confirmation email.
- We can decline an order if the item is out of stock, mispriced or suspected to be fraudulent.
- Deposits on custom builds and special orders are non-refundable once parts have been ordered.
Delivery and installation
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Freight is handled by third parties and delays outside our control, such as weather or courier backlogs, are not our responsibility. Someone over 18 must be present to accept bulky deliveries.
For installs, you agree to provide clear access, a safe work area and an adult on site. We reserve the right to stop work and charge a callout fee if the site is unsafe or the equipment is not as described.
Warranty and liability
Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment we sell. Our own workmanship on assembly, fitting and installation is covered for 12 months. Wear items such as brake pads, tyres, chains and grips are excluded unless they fail through a manufacturing fault.
Nothing in these terms limits the consumer guarantees you receive under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to repairing, replacing or refunding the affected goods or service.
Use of the website
Content on this site belongs to Happy Deals Time and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission. Product photos are indicative and minor differences in colour or specification can occur between production runs.
Governing law and contact
