If the number you need is not here, call during opening hours and we will give you a straight answer on the spot.
Hourly billing punishes the customer when a bolt is seized or a cable is routed badly from the factory. A fixed price means you know the total before we start, and it is on us if the job takes longer than expected.
Yes, unless the package says otherwise. Labour covers our time and the consumables we use. Parts are quoted separately at shelf price, and we always confirm before ordering anything in.
On combined gear and install orders over four thousand dollars we usually can do something, especially if you are setting up a commercial space. Ask us and we will work it out honestly rather than pretend there is no margin.
We stop and call you. Nothing gets added to the bill without your approval, and if you would rather not proceed we reassemble what we can and charge only the original amount. The full position sits in our terms and conditions.
On identical items from an Australian retailer with stock, usually yes. Send us the link and we will look at it. What we will not do is match a grey-import price with no local warranty, because you would be the one stuck with the problem.
